brief & concept

You describe the goal, audience, and key message. We return within 3 business days with a concept, mood board, and recommended approach. No mood-board presentations that last 2 hours and end with 'circle back'.

pre-production

Script, storyboard, location scouting, cast or spokesperson prep, equipment list, and shooting schedule - all locked before shoot day. On-set surprises are expensive; we eliminate them in pre-production.

production

Shoot day runs to schedule. Professional lighting, broadcast-quality audio, and a director who can get natural performances from non-actors (most of your team, in other words).

post-production

Rough cut delivered within one week of shoot. Two rounds of revision with structured feedback. Colour grade, sound mix, music licensing, and graphics included. Final cut delivered in all requested formats.

delivery & archive

Final files in every format, raw footage archive, and subtitle files for accessibility and social media. If you need a 30-second cut for ads 6 months later, the raw material is there.

How long does corporate video production take?

Standard timeline from brief to final cut: 3 to 5 weeks. Event same-day turnaround: 3 to 5 business days for an edited highlight reel. Complex productions with animation, multiple locations, or actors: 6 to 8 weeks.

Pre-production takes half the total time. A well-prepared shoot day is faster and produces better material than a fast-scheduled one.

Do you write the script?

Yes. Our copywriter works from your brief and delivers a script written to be spoken, not read - the cadence is different, and most PR or marketing copy sounds wooden when read aloud.

If you have existing text (an about-us page, a product description), we use it as raw material and adapt it for video format. Final script approval is always yours before shoot day.

What if our CEO doesn't want to be on camera?

Common, and completely workable. Options that perform equally well without a face on camera: product or office B-roll with voice-over, animated explainer, employee testimonial format (team members speaking to their specific expertise), and interview-style with team leads rather than executives.

We recommend format based on the message, not convention.

Can you produce social media content alongside the main video?

Yes, and we plan it in pre-production rather than as an afterthought. In a single shoot day, we typically capture material for one hero video (2 to 3 minutes), two to three short-form clips (15 to 30 seconds for Reels), and static photography for organic posts.

Multi-format capture costs less per asset than separate shoots for each format.

Do you handle licensing for music?

Yes. We use royalty-free libraries (Artlist, Musicbed) with commercial licenses included in the project fee. No surprise copyright claims on YouTube after launch.

If you want a specific piece of commercial music, we can source the sync license - budget varies widely depending on the track. We advise before committing.

Can you film outside of Belgrade?

Yes. We regularly work in Novi Sad, Niš, and across the region. For international shoots, we work with trusted local crews who match our production standards rather than travelling the full team, which keeps costs down and logistics simple.

Travel costs are itemised transparently in the quote - no surprises in the final invoice.
